Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all activities at a branch. Reporting financial and operational performance to senior management, the role also leads the recruitment, training and, when necessary, dismissal of branch staff. The manager ensures compliance with company policies, monitors key performance indicators, and drives sales growth through effective team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages and asset management.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
• Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales.
• Hire, train and, when required, dismiss branch employees.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal asset utilization.
• Develop and execute branch‑level marketing initiatives to attract new customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business.
• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in hiring and training staff.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
