Branch Sales Manager, Wholesales

About the role

We are looking for a Branch Sales Manager to lead our wholesale operations in Riyadh. The role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining operational excellence across the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the branch team, including Sales Specialists, Key Account Managers and Sales Support staff.
• Set performance objectives, conduct reviews and create development plans for team members.
• Manage commercial performance – sales, collections, product mix and market share – in line with corporate targets.
• Develop and execute the branch business plan, quarterly and monthly sales plans.
• Drive revenue growth through existing customer development and acquisition of new accounts.
• Implement sales campaigns, strategic programs and corporate initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in wholesale or industrial sectors.
• Strong people‑management skills with a track record of building high‑performance teams.
• Excellent commercial acumen and ability to analyse market and competitor data.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business and sales plans.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong relationship‑building capabilities.
