Brand Sales Manager

About the role

The Brand Sales Manager (BSM) acts as the primary conduit between the corporate merchant team and customers, ensuring a seamless experience aligned with the company vision while driving sales across assigned brands and categories.

Key responsibilities

• Vendor Relationship Management: maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate win‑win deals, and implement returns processes that protect both partner and company interests.
• Customer Relations Management: engage customers regularly, understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and resolve issues through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Inventory Management: plan inventory and sell‑out, optimise stock levels without tying up excessive cash flow, and adjust product mix to balance margins and demand.
• Stakeholder Management: coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure compliance with statutory and vendor requirements, and safeguard organisational and customer interests.
• Compliance: stay compliant with all statutory and vendor‑specific regulations.
• Data Management & Analysis: maintain accurate sales records, analyse data, present findings to senior management, monitor competition, and support pricing and marketing activities.

Required profile

• University degree or relevant commercial training.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or brand management.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
