Business Analyst – Pharmaceutical Commercial Insights

About the role

The Business Analyst will turn market data into strategic insights that drive commercial decisions for a leading pharmaceutical partner in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with sales and go‑to‑market teams to shape forecasting, territory design and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Transform market and IQVIA data into actionable insights for commercial strategy.
• Develop weighted sales‑potential maps across the Kingdom.
• Create and maintain commercial performance dashboards.
• Track key performance indicators for the sales team post‑launch.
• Produce regular reports for the GTM committee.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in business or sales analytics within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia.
• Hands‑on expertise with IQVIA data is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect data to strategic business outcomes.
