Business Development Associate

About the role

A highly motivated and commercially driven Business Development Associate is sought to support the company's growth initiatives, strategic partnerships and investment opportunities. The role suits someone with strong business and financial acumen who can work closely with senior leadership while managing several initiatives independently.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial assessments, feasibility studies, business case evaluations and commercial analysis to support investment decisions.
• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day execution of business initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, accountability and effective stakeholder management.
• Assist in structuring, negotiating and executing commercial agreements, partnerships and investment transactions.
• Prepare presentations, financial reports, investment proposals and executive-level updates.
• Work with internal teams and external advisors to advance projects and strategic objectives.

Required profile

• 3-8 years of relevant experience in business development, investments, corporate finance, management consulting, real estate or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong business and financial acumen, and the ability to evaluate commercial opportunities and investment proposals.
• Excellent managerial, organizational and project management skills, with the ability to take ownership and deliver results independently.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial analysis and executive presentations.
