Business Development Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to lead our sales strategy, expand the client base and drive revenue growth across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC market. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to meet monthly sales targets and deliver profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report results accurately.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing all allocated leads.
• Develop and present proposals and solutions to prospective clients within agreed timelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, C‑suite executives and stakeholders.
• Maintain the CRM system (Zoho) daily and follow the business development pipeline SOP.
• Contribute to annual business development and sales plans and attend networking events.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in corporate or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabia and GCC market.
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and manage risk.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software, preferably Zoho.
