Business Development Director – Industrial Facilities

About the role

The Business Development Director for Industrial Facilities will lead the growth of the department’s order book and revenue across six capability lines, targeting major Saudi Arabian industrial clients. This senior, externally‑facing position requires deep market knowledge and the ability to turn complex partner technologies into winning commercial offers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategy for KSA industrial clients such as Aramco, SABIC, Ma'aden and Tier‑1 EPC contractors.
• Build and maintain a multi‑year, multi‑capability pipeline with disciplined CRM hygiene and stage‑gate qualification.
• Lead capture strategy, including win themes, pricing, partner selection and risk mitigation, and orchestrate cross‑functional capture teams.
• Own senior relationships at strategic accounts, represent the company at industry forums, and manage VIP visits and executive engagements.
• Govern bid processes, ensure high‑quality technical proposals, and oversee pricing approvals and risk reviews.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business development within the Saudi industrial sector.
• Strong network with key decision‑makers at major Saudi oil, petrochemical and infrastructure companies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams from opportunity identification to contract signing.
• Excellent understanding of EPC, turnkey services, valves, safety systems, logistics and digital automation markets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management.
