Business Development Executive – IT Services & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and pipeline growth for our technology and IT software services in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will work at the front‑end of the sales cycle, partnering with presales and delivery teams to convert opportunities into signed engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, CRM, workflow automation (ServiceNow), RPA/BPM, Hyper‑automation, IoT, Managed Services, custom application development and staff augmentation in the KSA market.
• Promote proprietary SaaS platforms in HR Tech, EdTech and business automation to relevant vertical buyers.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, market mapping of digital transformation initiatives and networking at industry events.
• Track and report pipeline health, conversion rates and revenue forecasts on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Coordinate with presales and technical consulting teams to develop proposals, statements of work and responses to RFI/RFPs, including government and enterprise tenders.
• Represent the company at KSA industry exhibitions, partner ecosystem forums and other events to increase brand visibility.
• Support post‑sale client relationship management, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• Target‑driven professional with experience in business development or sales within the IT services sector.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market, especially Vision 2030‑aligned digital transformation programmes.
• Strong communication and networking skills to engage enterprise, government and institutional buyers.
