Business Development Executive – IT Services

About the role

We are a fast‑growing IT services and digital transformation provider in Saudi Arabia, supporting enterprises in cloud adoption, ERP modernization and cybersecurity. The Business Development Executive will own the regional sales pipeline, engage C‑suite stakeholders and drive new revenue across enterprise and mid‑market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services market across Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct discovery meetings with CIOs, CTOs and procurement leaders to uncover pain points and align them with our solution portfolio.
• Develop and present value propositions, respond to RFPs and prepare commercial proposals tailored to industry verticals such as BFSI, Healthcare and Government.
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to shape solution architectures and ensure feasibility.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, stakeholder alignment and hand‑over to delivery.
• Track pipeline metrics, revenue forecasts and market feedback, reporting regularly to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling IT services, preferably to government or public‑sector clients.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Vision 2030 digital initiatives.
• Experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
