Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive new‑business pipeline growth for Monty Mobile by prospecting, qualifying and engaging potential customers. You will work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth hand‑over of qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined business criteria.
• Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate activity, lead and opportunity records in the CRM.
• Research target accounts, industries and decision‑makers to support prospecting.
• Follow up consistently to nurture engagement and keep the pipeline active.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on lead‑generation campaigns.
• Meet or exceed activity metrics and pipeline contribution targets.
• Provide feedback on lead quality, market trends and customer needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, customer service or business development.
• Professional proficiency in English and the local language.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
• Basic Microsoft Office and presentation software proficiency.
• Understanding of lead‑generation and prospecting techniques.
