Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities across multiple market segments. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting tailored insurance solutions and ensuring long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close business opportunities to maximize sales and growth.
• Analyze market segments across different sectors and develop new opportunities.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure timely policy renewals.
• Present the company’s products and services to prospective clients and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, providing professional support.
• Understand clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Monitor competitors’ products and market trends to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Commerce, Business Administration, or Economics.
• 2–3 years of business development experience in a reputable general insurance company or financial institution.
• Fluency in Arabic; English is an advantage.
• Strong planning, organizing, interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
