Business Development Executive

About the role

CARMA is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on researching prospective clients, conducting outbound outreach, and securing qualified business meetings to expand CARMA's media intelligence services.

Key responsibilities

• Research target organisations, industries and decision‑makers to generate qualified leads.
• Contact prospects via phone, email and approved channels to introduce CARMA and spark interest.
• Qualify prospects and schedule business meetings with relevant CARMA stakeholders.
• Achieve outreach, lead‑generation and meeting‑booking targets consistently.
• Maintain accurate prospect data, activities and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Update and manage the business development pipeline regularly.
• Re‑engage previous or lost opportunities and follow up with prospects.
• Collect market feedback and competitive intelligence and share insights with the team.
• Support approved marketing and lead‑generation initiatives and attend relevant industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and reporting abilities.
• Professional outbound calling and email outreach skills.
• Ability to research prospects and identify key decision‑makers.
• Excellent organisational and follow‑up capabilities.
