Business Development Executive

About the role

Mnzil is expanding its workforce housing and real‑estate platform across Saudi Arabia and needs a results‑driven Business Development Executive to turn conversations into lasting partnerships. You will own a segment of the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing while contributing to the company’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through outbound and inbound activities.
• Conduct client calls and meetings to present Mnzil’s offering.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline consistently in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business‑development targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple opportunities under deadline pressure.
• Fluent in Arabic and professional English.
