Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join Paymob’s team in Riyadh. The role focuses on acquiring new merchants, managing accounts and building strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth in the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition strategies to attract new merchants.
• Use lead generation tools to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
• Expand Paymob’s presence in KSA by understanding local business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies and improve client satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine acquisition efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales or account management within KSA.
• Hands‑on experience with merchants, partnerships or the retail, fintech or e‑commerce sectors.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving and ability to work independently to meet targets.
