Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to identify new market opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, confident, and capable of turning prospects into qualified opportunities while maintaining strong client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, target markets, and new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute outbound strategies using phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and present our value proposition.
• Qualify leads, manage opportunities, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and support contract negotiations.
• Track activity metrics, pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to support growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new opportunities and meet or exceed pipeline/revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote‑work setup.
• Professional, proactive, strategic, and results‑driven attitude.
