Business Development Executive – Riyadh

About the role

Element8, a fast‑growing digital agency in Riyadh, is looking for a Business Development Executive who thrives on tech‑focused sales and enjoys turning conversations into contracts. You will be the bridge between our innovative services – web development, mobile apps and AI solutions – and prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑volume outbound outreach through digital campaigns and tailored email sequences.
• Craft compelling, data‑driven proposals that showcase our capabilities.
• Engage CXO‑level decision makers, building relationships that lead to concrete projects.
• Negotiate terms and close deals, converting qualified leads into satisfied clients.
• Maintain a full sales pipeline, from initial contact through post‑sale follow‑through.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a technology‑related field.
• 1‑2 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in a digital or tech environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss technical topics clearly.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Riyadh.

Required skills
