Business Development Executive (Saudi National)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our Riyadh team and help expand our agency’s footprint across the Saudi market. The role focuses on uncovering and nurturing new business opportunities with government, semi‑government and private‑sector organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and pursue new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia, especially within government, semi‑government and private sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, market research, referrals, industry events and proactive outreach.
• Establish relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers in target organisations.
• Understand prospective clients’ needs, challenges and upcoming requirements.
• Communicate the agency’s capabilities and integrated solutions to prospects.
• Monitor upcoming tenders, RFPs, projects and industry developments.
• Coordinate and support the preparation of responses to RFPs, RFQs, proposals, presentations and pitches.
• Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, PR, digital, events and production teams to craft compelling, commercially competitive proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales or new‑business roles.
• Experience within advertising, creative, PR, events, digital or integrated communications agencies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi business landscape and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to turn identified opportunities into commercial prospects.
