Business Development Manager – Account Centric

About the role

EY is seeking an Account‑Centric Business Development Manager to lead growth across multiple core accounts in the Riyadh market. Reporting to the regional Business Development Leader and working closely with senior Global Client Service Partners, you will drive go‑to‑market activities, account planning and relationship development to achieve revenue, pipeline and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue, sales and relationships across multiple core accounts.
• Align client business agendas with EY’s global network to connect clients to the right experts.
• Proactively share relevant metrics, trends and strategies to address client needs.
• Advise Global Client Service Partners on account planning, strategy and key sales opportunities.
• Facilitate client sessions, alliance introductions and exploration workshops.
• Develop deep, long‑term client relationships.
• Provide strategic advisory on cross‑selling services, pipeline execution, deal review, pricing and negotiations.
• Support field account teams on their most important pursuits.
• Leverage EY sales tools, processes and methodologies in strategic pursuits.
• Apply commercial and pricing methodologies to optimise account margin and participate in deal reviews.

Required profile

• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization, balancing client needs with firm initiatives.
• Strong networking skills with C‑suite buyers and influencers, building rapport to position EY as the provider of choice.
• Accountability for end‑to‑end account activity, improving relationships and generating new connections.
• Focus on commercial outcomes aligned with client interests.
