Business Development Manager – Aerial Work Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our Aerial Work Platform (AWP) product line across selected European markets. Based in Riyadh, you will be responsible for building new client relationships, driving sales growth and supporting project delivery from inception to order conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Drive market development and acquire new clients for the AWP product line within the assigned European region.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans to meet company‑set performance targets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts, facilitating project finalisation and order conversion.
• Collaborate with technical support and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including bidding, quotation, and contract negotiations.
• Provide regular updates to headquarters and regional management on market trends and competitive intelligence.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) industry.
• Solid understanding of the European market customer landscape (construction firms, rental companies, municipal units).
• Professional proficiency in English as a working language.
• Proven ability to independently develop new markets with strong resilience and adaptability to frequent travel.
• Background in construction machinery, equipment rental, or industrial services is a strong plus.
