Business Development Manager – Animal Genomics

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our animal genomics services. You will focus on expanding genetic testing solutions for horses, camels, and livestock across veterinary and breeding markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share of animal genetic testing services.
• Build and nurture relationships with breeders, farms, veterinary clinics, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify new market segments, partnership opportunities, and revenue streams.
• Promote our genetic testing solutions and related services to target audiences.
• Collaborate with scientific and operational teams to align business initiatives with technical capabilities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• 3–5 years of business development or partnership experience, preferably in veterinary, livestock, equine, or animal health sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Strategic thinking and solid business acumen.
