Business Development Manager – B2C

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our B2C sales efforts in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for acquiring individual customers, promoting our manpower and recruitment services, and driving revenue growth through direct-to‑consumer channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new B2C acquisition channels and strategic partnerships.
• Generate leads via calls, social media, digital marketing, referrals and networking.
• Engage prospects, understand their employment needs and present suitable services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and payment.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customers, activities and pipeline.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to fulfil customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and customer preferences.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of business development experience, preferably in B2C or hourly‑staffing environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
