Business Development Manager – BIM

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth of our BIM services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on expanding our footprint in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) market, building strategic partnerships and securing new contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market expansion strategies for the KSA region, targeting public and private sectors such as infrastructure, real estate, aviation, oil & gas and government projects.
• Identify, acquire and nurture client relationships, presenting BIM capabilities and tailored solutions to decision‑makers.
• Lead tendering and proposal processes, coordinating with technical and pre‑sales teams to deliver competitive bids.
• Establish strategic alliances with consultants, contractors, government authorities and technology partners.
• Achieve sales targets, maintain pipeline reports and provide accurate forecasts to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably within the AEC or BIM sector.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of BIM technologies and digital construction trends.
• Demonstrated ability to work onsite in Riyadh and travel as needed.
