Business Development Manager – Construction

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Construction will drive growth by identifying, developing and securing new construction projects across Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with estimation, technical and project teams to turn opportunities into revenue while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers and contractors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual revenue targets.
• Lead tendering processes, coordinate bid preparation with technical teams and ensure timely submissions.
• Support contract negotiations and manage the hand‑over of awarded projects to execution teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide strategic insights to management.
• Maintain key accounts, ensure client satisfaction and represent the company at industry events.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and follow up on variations, invoices and payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Administration.
• 5–10 years of business development experience in the KSA construction market.
• Proven track record of winning construction projects and strong knowledge of tendering processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• KSA driving licence preferred.
