Business Development Manager - Earth Observation

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead revenue generation for Earth observation and space data solutions across Saudi Arabia, the GCC and international markets. The role requires a commercially‑focused professional who can immediately tap into an existing network of defence, government and commercial buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities in satellite imagery, geospatial analytics and related services.
• Leverage an established network to secure contracts with defence, government, environmental and commercial customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies across direct and channel/partner routes.
• Translate technical capabilities into compelling use‑case proposals for clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution fit and successful delivery.

Required profile

• Proven track record generating revenue in Earth observation, satellite data, geospatial analytics or a closely related space/defence sector.
• Strong network of contacts in defence, government, environmental or commercial buying groups, preferably across the GCC, Europe or other international markets.
• Comfortable working with both direct sales and partner‑based models.
• Technical credibility with a solid understanding of satellite imagery, data analytics and use‑case development.
• Demonstrated ability to close high‑value deals.
