Business Development Manager – Embedded Solutions

About the role

Yougotagift.com is the leading digital gift‑card marketplace in the UAE and KSA. We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Embedded Solutions to drive new revenue streams and manage strategic partnerships across loyalty programmes, digital platforms, marketplaces and rewards ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with loyalty programmes, digital platforms, marketplaces and rewards & recognition partners.
• Develop and execute a business‑development strategy focused on new sales and expansion of existing relationships.
• Identify emerging commercial opportunities in gift‑card marketing and digital incentives.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, engage senior stakeholders, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Mentor and lead a high‑performing team aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with product, technology and operations teams to ensure smooth partner integration and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to shape growth strategies.
• Own pipeline management, forecasting and reporting on commercial KPIs.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships, preferably within loyalty, marketplaces or rewards ecosystems.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and close complex deals.
• Strong commercial acumen with a data‑driven approach to growth and strategy.
• Experience leading and developing cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
