Business Development Manager – Gift Cards

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Gift Cards will drive growth of the gift‑card portfolio across physical, digital and partner channels, with a strong focus on expanding B2B sales. You will combine sales support, partnership coordination and program execution to increase revenue, improve customer engagement and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets across consumer, B2B, digital and partner channels.
• Identify, approach and onboard corporate clients, aggregators and distributors to grow B2B business.
• Prepare proposals, offers and presentations for corporate and partner accounts.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with partners, especially B2B and corporate clients, and coordinate onboarding, contracts and compliance.
• Collaborate with Marketing to launch campaigns, seasonal promotions and partner‑specific offers, tracking their effectiveness.
• Support daily gift‑card program operations including issuance, redemption, reporting and reconciliations.
• Monitor key metrics (sales, redemptions, breakage, channel performance) and provide insights to optimise growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships or account management, preferably in retail, loyalty or payments.
• Strong interest in B2B sales and business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage external clients.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid Excel and PowerPoint abilities; CRM experience is a plus.
