Business Development Manager – Influencer Marketing SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead brand acquisition for our AI‑powered influencer marketing platform. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help shape the go‑to‑market strategy in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, outreach, pitch, and close high‑value brand partnerships across key verticals.
• Communicate the platform’s performance, control, and ROI benefits to decision‑makers.
• Translate brand goals into scalable campaigns and track pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Customer Success to improve onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles, messaging, and sales processes.
• Build repeatable sales infrastructure such as playbooks and workflows.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS, AdTech, or performance marketing.
• Strong commercial instincts with a data‑driven, results‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communicator and natural closer, comfortable from discovery to contract.
• Experience building sales strategies and processes from scratch.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
