Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will work full‑time in a hybrid setting based in Riyadh, focusing on identifying and securing new partnership and revenue opportunities for AI‑powered product development. The role blends market research, pipeline management and collaboration with technical teams to craft compelling offers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects across startups, enterprises and ecosystem partners.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends and inform go‑to‑market strategies.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and support negotiations for mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design offerings, events and initiatives that attract partners.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners, track performance metrics and deliver regular reports and insights.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience using AI tools in daily tasks such as research, proposal creation or analysis.
• Proven track record in business development, sales or partnership management with successful closure of growth‑focused opportunities.
• Experience in market research, opportunity analysis and strategic planning.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities, able to engage stakeholders at various levels.
• Understanding of technology, startups or developer communities; familiarity with AI builders or digital product development is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams in a hybrid environment.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience or network within the Saudi or GCC tech ecosystem is a strong advantage.
