Business Development Manager

About the role

Sahmik is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the financial services and technology markets from its Riyadh office. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and map target accounts in the financial services and technology sectors.
• Prepare proposals, deliver product presentations and demos, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align client needs with Sahmik’s data solutions.
• Track performance metrics and support revenue‑growth initiatives.
• Attend industry events, showcase Sahmik’s capabilities, and gather market feedback.
• Provide continuous feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS environments.
• Experience in market and competitor analysis, opportunity identification, and strategic planning.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and customer‑success teams.
• Comfortable with financial data, analytics platforms, and capital‑markets workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic preferred for regional client interaction.
