Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for Tools and Solutions by identifying new market opportunities and building strong client relationships in Riyadh. You will combine strategic planning with hands‑on sales execution to increase revenue while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, and you will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Research and identify new markets, customer needs and emerging opportunities.
• Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products and services, aligning them with client objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts in compliance with legal and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices and related documentation.
• Provide reliable after‑sales support and gather client feedback.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Mentor entry‑level staff, developing them into effective salespeople.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or similar role.
• Demonstrated sales track record.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Strong market knowledge and ability to analyse trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and rapport‑building skills.
• Effective time‑management and planning abilities.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• Saudi nationals or Arabic‑speaking candidates preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
