Business Development Manager

About the role

EFA Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh but fully remote, you will lead the identification and development of new business opportunities while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development and account management activities throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Identify new opportunities, prepare and manage RFI/RFP/RFQ and tender processes.
• Represent EFA Group at trade shows, industry events and conduct product demonstrations and field trials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions for defence, security and aerospace customers.
• Enhance the company’s presence within all branches of the Saudi Arabian Armed Forces.
• Develop and maintain senior‑level relationships with government entities, armed forces and public agencies.
• Manage partnerships with local system integrators, prime contractors and technology partners.

Required profile

• Hands‑on professional comfortable with field trials and client visits.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and account‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
