Business Development Manager

About the role

IRIS Technology, a leading system integrator in the Middle East, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new enterprise business across Saudi Arabia. The role is highly target‑driven, focusing on acquiring new logos, building a qualified pipeline and closing high‑value deals in the cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, cloud and IT services domains.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new enterprise customers across the Saudi market.
• Own and achieve assigned revenue and gross‑margin targets.
• Build a qualified pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and targeted account development.
• Engage C‑level executives, IT and cybersecurity leaders to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans for high‑potential customers.
• Lead the full sales cycle from qualification to proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with presales and technical teams to craft strong technical and commercial proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales or business development.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing enterprise‑level contracts.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, networking, cloud and IT services solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
