Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the creation and structuring of the Sales & Marketing department, aligning it with the company's growth strategy. This role involves forecasting demand, managing client quotations, and driving revenue growth through effective sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and structure a KPI‑based Sales & Marketing department.
• Conduct quarterly accommodation demand analysis and forecasting.
• Prepare and submit client quotations within approved delegation of authority.
• Perform market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pricing benchmarking.
• Maintain client relationships to secure repeat and expanded business.
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring contract compliance.
• Review contracts for pricing accuracy, scope alignment, and profitability.
• Lead tender and bid management, including cost estimation and documentation.
• Monitor receivables and coordinate collections to maintain cash flow.
• Conduct weekly sales performance reviews and report to management.

Required profile

• Strong commercial and financial analysis capabilities.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning.
• Proven expertise in tender preparation and bid management.
• Ability to review contracts and ensure compliance.
