Business Development Manager

About the role

QClub's expansion team is looking for a Business Development Manager in Dammam to grow demand for NFC Tap/QR code payment solutions among restaurants. The team uses data analysis and market research to drive adoption of ultra-fast payment solutions, and the role relies on an existing network of table-service restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage an existing network of table-service restaurants and strong sales skills to generate and close new leads.
• Expand the user base by onboarding new restaurant partners to the platform.
• Sourcing leads through various channels, identifying key decision-makers, scheduling meetings and managing the full sales cycle from outreach to operational launch.
• Build and nurture relationships with restaurant owners, managers and staff.
• Analyze lead generation and sales performance data to refine processes and improve metrics such as conversion rates.
• Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners.
• Manage closed accounts by driving platform adoption, identifying growth opportunities and promoting new features.

Required profile

• Relevant business degree.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Understanding of the payment terminals business; experience selling payment terminals is a plus.
• Strong network of decision-makers in the F&B and hospitality sectors.
• Experience with C-level sales and strategic partnership building.
• Experience in sales and/or account management.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and result-oriented, able to use data and analytics to drive sales results.
