Sales Manager (Marketing)

About the role

Samsung E&A, a specialized EPC company providing plant-industry solutions across oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, energy transition, environmental, industrial and bio areas, is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role covers developing new contacts, strengthening client relationships, supporting tenders and managing industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new contacts in the business area, including Saudi Aramco, Sabic, PIF and SWPC, and strengthen existing client and partner relationships
• Use marketing intelligence to track market trends, competitors and construction contractors' workload and strategies
• Gather and feed intelligence relevant to the business, including research on new projects and investments
• Support the team during tendering, including technical and commercial bid submissions and correspondence
• Manage and lead industry events promoted by customers such as IKTVA, PIF, AACE and IPTC
• Maintain an updated customer management system and arrange business meetings with customers from top management to technical experts
• Handle company registration with active clients and prepare vendor registration packages in line with documentation requirements
• Keep correspondence up to date according to each customer's needs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• 10 years of proven sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic is highly advantageous
