Business Development Manager – Microsoft Technologies

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth of Microsoft‑focused IT solutions across Saudi Arabia. The role combines client relationship building, end‑to‑end sales management and strategic market development in a fast‑moving technology consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high‑impact opportunities in the Saudi market, targeting senior decision‑makers.
• Lead full sales cycles—from qualification and solution design to contract negotiation and closure—ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, delivering ongoing value and fostering long‑term retention.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery and technical teams to co‑create tailored Microsoft‑based solutions.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies and competitor activity to refine business development strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably within technology consulting or IT services.
• Proven success acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts in the KSA market.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a track record of closing deals.
• Familiarity with the Saudi business landscape and cultural nuances is a plus.
