Business Development Manager – Private Sector

About the role

Ollen is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive private‑sector growth across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building relationships with family businesses, conglomerates, FMCG groups, hospitality operators, developers and other high‑growth organisations, positioning Ollen’s integrated strategy, design and execution services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of new private‑sector opportunities throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Leverage existing relationships with CEOs, owners, family offices and senior executives across target sectors.
• Identify client needs and propose Ollen’s capabilities in strategy, growth planning, brand development, customer experience, retail/commercial design, packaging, digital platforms, execution supervision or business acceleration.
• Lead senior‑level conversations, shape proposals, scopes of work, credentials and commercial offers.
• Own the full business development cycle from target identification to hand‑over to delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, revenue forecasts and client relationship notes.
• Represent Ollen at meetings, market events and strategic discussions, building long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level business development experience in the Saudi private sector.
• Strong market access and commercial maturity with a relationship‑led approach.
• Ability to engage senior decision‑makers and articulate complex integrated service offerings.
• Deep understanding of key sectors such as FMCG, hospitality, retail, real‑estate development and industrial groups.
