Business Development Manager – PV Solar & Hybrid Solutions

About the role

Yellow Door Energy is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its PV solar and hybrid energy solutions across Saudi Arabia. You will identify new commercial and industrial opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and close deals that expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through cold‑calling, networking events, and conferences.
• Conduct market research to identify key C&I customers for distributed solar leasing and energy‑efficiency projects.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, present them to prospects, and negotiate contracts with support from legal and finance teams.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, Legal, Finance, and Technical departments to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Submit monthly pipeline and market‑update reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or technical sales within the renewable‑energy sector.
• Proven track record of generating and closing B2B deals.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
