Business Development Manager – Riyadh

About the role

BSI is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales of certification and training services across Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, building key client relationships, and expanding BSI’s market presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets for certification and training services within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain a database of market trends, competitor activity, and top client information.
• Identify new business opportunities and recommend initiatives to support growth.
• Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com and provide regular sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in certification or training services.
• Bachelor's degree with strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to analyse and utilise complex financial data.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
