Business Development Manager – Sales

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join our Riyadh office and drive new business growth in the marketing sector. You will build strong client relationships, expand our market presence, and contribute to the company’s continued success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored marketing solutions and services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial contracts.
• Negotiate terms and close agreements to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of marketing services, including digital marketing, branding, and communications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious, and strategic mindset.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is highly advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
