Business Development Officer – Tawteen Program Eligible

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is exclusively open to candidates eligible under the Tawteen Program and will focus on identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and driving growth in the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive company growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Generate leads and convert them into profitable business partnerships.
• Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong understanding of the local business landscape and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Eligibility under the Tawteen Program (Saudi citizens only).
