Business Development – Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Specialist to join our team in the contact‑center industry. The role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored service recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to formulate effective sales strategies and campaigns based on market analysis and client feedback.
• Develop and present customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales in alignment with company objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management, using insights to refine sales approaches.
• Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in contact‑center technology, and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long‑term success.
• Develop positive relationships and handle client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the contact‑center or BPO sector.
• Preferred certifications: COPC, CPSP, CSE, PMP.
