Business Development Specialist – Interior Design Studio

About the role

The Business Development professional will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, and support the studio’s growth strategy. This full‑time hybrid position is based in Riyadh with flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and conduct market and competitor research to build a robust pipeline.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with the design team to align client needs with studio capabilities.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking activities to promote the studio.
• Manage follow‑ups and support the development of sales presentations and marketing materials.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and support data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to build trust and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Experience in lead generation and market research, preferably within interior design, architecture, or real estate.
• Proven business development or sales track record, with a proactive and organized approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management or a related field is preferred.
