Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to join our corporate legal services team in Riyadh. The role focuses on identifying, engaging and converting potential corporate clients for our legal advisory solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients and commercial entities.
• Communicate with prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Arrange and attend virtual and in‑person meetings, including visits to client offices.
• Present the company’s legal services and advisory solutions in a professional manner.
• Assess client needs in coordination with internal teams.
• Follow up from initial contact through to contract signing.
• Conduct initial negotiations in line with company policies.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of clients and business opportunities.
• Prepare periodic reports on prospects, meetings, opportunities and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, relationship management or client acquisition.
• English proficiency at a minimum B1 level.
• Valid driving licence.
• Professional appearance and ability to interact with senior corporate decision‑makers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Effective use of email for business communication.
• Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
