Business Development Specialist

About the role

COMM-IT MIDDLE EAST LLC is seeking a Business Development Specialist to generate new IT outsourcing and solutions business across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on prospecting, selling managed services, digital transformation, ERP, cloud and other enterprise solutions to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new business accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Generate sales for IT outsourcing and solutions such as managed services, digital transformation, ERP, enterprise and cloud solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives in the KSA market.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including proposals and negotiations.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery and technical teams to ensure solution fit.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging IT technologies in Saudi Arabia.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of proven experience in IT sales, outsourcing or technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success in new‑business development and client acquisition.
• Hands‑on experience selling IT services within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong network and understanding of local business culture and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
