About the role

The Business Instructor will deliver introductory business courses to undergraduate students, providing a solid foundation in core concepts, management principles, and global business contexts. This role combines engaging teaching, curriculum development, and student mentorship to prepare learners for future professional pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Teach introductory business subjects such as Introduction to Business Concepts, Principles of Management, and Business in a Global Context.
• Use case studies, industry examples, and real‑world problems to make learning relevant and interactive.
• Guide students on business scope, current industry trends, and potential career pathways.
• Participate in curriculum design, develop lesson plans aligned with academic standards, and continuously improve program content.
• Provide academic advising, office hours, and pastoral support to foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Assess student performance through formative and summative methods, delivering constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure alignment with degree requirements and maintain accurate records of attendance and progress.
• Engage in department meetings and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a closely related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 2 years of university‑level teaching experience or equivalent professional practice.
• Strong subject‑matter expertise in core business concepts and awareness of current industry trends.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) for instruction in an English‑medium environment.
