Business Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to serve as the right‑hand to the Head of Operations at HUMAIN, a Saudi‑based full‑stack AI company. You will ensure the department’s operating rhythm runs smoothly, keep priorities visible and drive execution across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Run the department’s operating cadence – planning, agendas, decisions, action‑tracking and follow‑through.
• Maintain visibility of the Head of Operations’ priorities and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work, surface and unblock issues, and keep initiatives moving.
• Prepare executive and board materials, briefings and analysis on behalf of the Head of Operations.
• Lead special projects and manage the internal running of the department.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance tracking, reporting and overall operating efficiency.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in business management, operations, strategy, PMO or top‑tier consulting, preferably in tech/AI.
• Proven track record of running an operating rhythm and driving execution across teams.
• Exceptional organisational, coordination and follow‑through abilities.
• Strong communication skills, executive presence and high discretion.
• Experience using AI to multiply output.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic a strong plus.
