Business Planning Manager

About the role

The Business Planning Manager will lead the creation, alignment, and execution of annual business plans for alfanar Electric's assigned unit. This role ensures cross‑functional collaboration, monitors performance through dashboards, and provides strategic insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute annual business planning activities, aligning technical and operational objectives.
• Translate high‑level goals into actionable initiatives with clear priorities, responsibilities, and timelines.
• Review and validate sales, resource, and financial budgets for coherence with strategic plans.
• Define and track performance indicators, delivering analytical insights and corrective recommendations.
• Establish and manage committee structures, agendas, meeting facilitation, and documentation of outcomes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports for real‑time monitoring.
• Ensure secure storage, compliance, and confidentiality of planning documents and reports.

Required profile

• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage high‑performing teams.
• Experience identifying and improving low performers or making tough personnel decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non‑technical functions.
