Business Travel Consultant - Implant Position

About the role

We are seeking a Saudi professional to join our client’s premises as a Business Travel Consultant on an implant project. The role focuses on managing corporate air and hotel bookings, ensuring compliance with travel policies, and delivering high‑quality service to internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Book, issue, re‑issue, and refund air tickets using Amadeus or Sabre.
• Handle flight changes, cancellations, urgent bookings, and fare rule applications.
• Prepare travel itineraries and identify the most cost‑effective fares.
• Manage hotel and other non‑air travel reservations through B2B platforms such as TBO or Hotelbeds.
• Respond to client requests professionally via phone and email, offering alternative travel solutions when needed.
• Ensure all bookings comply with corporate travel policies and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate or business travel.
• Strong knowledge of Amadeus or Sabre ticketing systems.
• Experience with B2B hotel booking platforms (TBO, Hotelbeds).
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
