Business Unit Performance Controller – Riyadh

About the role

The Business Unit Performance Controller will lead financial performance management for Siemens Smart Infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will ensure transparent reporting, accurate forecasting and data‑driven decision support for the Business Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Drive performance controlling, financial reporting and forecasting for the Saudi Arabia Business Unit.
• Prepare and present management reports, variance analysis and profitability insights.
• Lead budgeting, strategic planning and target‑setting processes, ensuring forecast accuracy.
• Identify growth, productivity and cost‑optimization opportunities in collaboration with internal departments.
• Monitor achievement of cash‑flow, margin, and growth targets and advise senior management.
• Lead special projects and transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement digital automation, advanced analytics, dashboards and AI‑enabled reporting solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens financial reporting guidelines and internal controls.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance, controlling or business performance management.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis within a large organization.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional and regional teams.
• Understanding of digital transformation and data‑driven finance processes.
